Neck Pain Treatmentin Salt Lake City
Expert neck pain treatment in Salt Lake City. Licensed, insured, upfront pricing.
When a disc bulge, sciatica, or spinal stenosis is behind your pain, decompression works differently than a standard adjustment — a computer-guided table gently separates and releases the segment in a controlled cycle, taking pressure off the disc and the nerve it’s crowding. It’s slower than an adjustment and it’s meant to be: most decompression plans run in defined blocks with a re-exam built in, so you and your doctor can see whether your rotation and leg symptoms are actually improving before committing to the next block.

What to Expect
From first visit to discharge
Imaging review & candidacy
We review prior imaging if you have it, or refer you for it first — decompression is matched to the finding, not applied blind.
First guided session
A computer-controlled cycle of gentle distraction and release, calibrated to your comfort and the segment involved.
Block-by-block re-exam
Most plans run in blocks of visits. At the end of each block we re-measure symptoms and range before deciding on the next.
Transition to strength
As symptoms ease, we layer in core and hip work so the relief holds after the table sessions end.
Questions, Answered
Questions about neck pain treatment
Do I need a referral or X-rays before my first visit?
No referral needed — you can book directly. We don’t require X-rays for most patients; if your exam suggests imaging would change your care plan, we refer you to an imaging center first and review the results with you before any treatment.
How many visits will I actually need?
Our completed active-care plans average 9.2 visits. After your exam you get a written plan with a visit count, re-exam dates, and total cost before care begins. If your numbers improve faster, you graduate sooner — we discharge patients, we don’t enroll them.
What should I expect at the first appointment?
Plan on 45 minutes: a conversation about your history and goals, orthopedic and movement testing, digital range-of-motion baselines, and — if you’re a candidate for care — your first gentle treatment the same day.
Ready to move like yourself again?
Book your exam today — same-week appointments, benefits verified before you arrive, and a care plan that ends.
