You agree to provide accurate information about the property and the issue, to disclose known hazards, and to keep children and pets clear of the work area. You are responsible for obtaining any approvals required by a homeowners' association or landlord before work begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boise Commercial & Residential Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
