Acceptance of terms
By using this website or requesting an estimate through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please contact us directly at (509) 489-3494 rather than submitting a request through the site.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding, flat-rate price is the written quote presented after the in-home measure and before any work begins — that number does not change once you approve it, barring a scope change you separately authorize.
Scheduling & access
Start dates and daily arrival windows are estimates and can shift due to material delivery, prior jobs running long, or subfloor conditions discovered on site. We’ll contact you if a date is going to move. You’re responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and clearing personal items unless furniture moving is included in your quote.
Workmanship on completed floors is warranted for the period stated on your invoice at the time of service. The warranty covers the specific work performed — installation and finishing — and does not cover unrelated pre-existing conditions, moisture events after completion, misuse, or damage from other trades’ work after we’ve left. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and provided by the manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that service. We carry general liability insurance for the work itself, consistent with our license.
