Acceptance of terms

By using this website or requesting an estimate through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please contact us directly at (682) 564-2372 rather than submitting a request through the site.

Estimates & pricing

Estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding, flat-rate price is the written, line-item quote presented after the on-site measure — that number does not change once you approve it, barring a scope change you separately authorize.

Scheduling & access

Build dates are scheduled after you sign and can shift due to weather, frozen ground, or prior jobs running long. We'll call ahead if a date is going to move. You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and confirming the property line and any HOA approvals before the build date.

Labor on completed fencing for the period stated on your invoice at the time of service. The warranty covers the specific work we performed; it does not cover damage from vehicle impact, storms, or other trades' work after we've left, or normal weathering of wood.

Property lines & permits

You are responsible for confirming your property line; we build to a surveyed line or an agreed offset you provide. Where a permit or HOA approval is required, we'll identify it during the quote, but final responsibility for permitted placement rests with the property owner.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that service. We carry general liability insurance for the work itself, consistent with our license.
