Is the consultation really free — and is there sales pressure?
Yes, and no. The 45-minute consultation is complimentary and ends with a written plan and exact pricing you take home. Our clinicians are salaried, not commissioned, and there is nothing to sign in the room. Most clients book a few days later, once they’ve slept on it.
Who actually performs the treatments?
Injectables are performed by our certified nurse injector (RN, CANS) or physician associate; lasers by our PA-C; facials and peels by licensed aestheticians. Every plan is reviewed and signed off by our on-site medical director before your first appointment.
Will I look “done”? I want people to notice nothing.
That is our house style. We deliberately under-treat at the first visit and refine at an included two-week follow-up. The goal is that you look rested and well — and that nobody can say why.
How much does a typical first plan cost?
Most first plans run – depending on treatment and area; series pricing (laser, microneedling) is quoted per package. You’ll leave your consultation with exact written pricing honored for 90 days, and 0% financing is available on series over 6–12 months.
Is there downtime? Can I come on a lunch break?
Hydra-dermabrasion facials, light peels, and wrinkle relaxers are true lunchtime treatments — you can return to work immediately. Fillers may show 24–48 hours of mild swelling. Laser resurfacing and deeper peels involve 3–7 days of social downtime, which we schedule around your calendar.
Does insurance cover any of this?
Aesthetic treatments are elective, so health insurance does not cover them. Some clients use HSA/FSA funds where eligible — we provide itemized receipts — and our membership and financing options keep series affordable.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Consultations are typically available within the same week, including Saturdays. Treatment appointments follow within one to two weeks depending on the service. Booking online holds your slot instantly.
What if I’ve had work done elsewhere that I don’t love?
Corrective consults are a specialty here. Bring your treatment records if you have them; our medical director reviews every corrective case personally. Sometimes the answer is dissolving and restarting, sometimes it’s patience — we’ll tell you honestly which.
