Acceptance of terms
By using this website or requesting a quote through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please contact us directly at (904) 553-5667 rather than submitting a request through the site.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes given over the phone or from photos are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding, flat-rate price is the written quote confirmed before work begins — that number does not change once you approve it, barring a scope change you separately authorize on site.
Scheduling & access
Arrival windows are estimates based on real-time scheduling and can shift due to weather, wind, or a prior job running long — pressure washing does not happen in high wind or active rain. We’ll call ahead if a window is going to slip. You’re responsible for providing gate or side-yard access and moving items out of the wash area before the scheduled time.
Regrowth guarantee
If treated algae, mildew, or mold returns within 24 hours of a completed job, we return and correct it at no charge. The guarantee covers regrowth from the treated visit; it does not cover new growth appearing months later, unrelated staining, or surfaces outside the original scope.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that service. We carry general liability insurance for the work itself, consistent with our license.
