Acceptance of terms
By using this website or requesting an estimate through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please contact us directly at (405) 524-1366 rather than submitting a request through the site.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding, flat-rate price is the written quote presented on-site before any work begins — that number does not change once you approve it, barring a scope change you separately authorize.
Scheduling & access
Arrival windows are estimates based on real-time scheduling and can shift due to traffic, prior jobs running long, or weather. We'll call ahead if a window is going to slip. You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the equipment and work area at the scheduled time.
Workmanship guarantee
Labor on completed repairs and installations is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice at the time of service. The guarantee covers the specific work performed; it does not cover unrelated pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage from other trades' work after we've left. Installed equipment carries its own manufacturer warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that service. We carry general liability insurance for the work itself, consistent with our license.
