Immigration attorney reviewing a petition with a family
Plate I — Immigration

Immigration status shapes where you can work, whom you can keep close, and whether you can sleep at night — it is never just paperwork. We handle family and employment petitions, green cards, naturalization, and removal defense for the region’s neighborhoods and suburbs, in your language where our team can. Every case gets a realistic assessment first: the strongest path, the honest risks, and the timeline the government is actually running.

Part IThe Scope of the Matter

What immigration includes

  • Family-based petitions and green cards
  • Employment-based and investor visas
  • Naturalization and citizenship
  • Adjustment of status and consular processing
  • Removal (deportation) defense and bond hearings
  • Waivers, DACA renewals, and work authorization
Part IIHow the Matter Proceeds

From first meeting to signed, settled, and kept.

  1. Consultation & eligibility

We review your history and documents, identify every path you qualify for, and flag the risks before you commit to one.

  2. Petition preparation

We assemble the forms, evidence, and affidavits correctly the first time — the difference between approval and a year of delay.

  3. Filing & response

We file, track the case, and answer requests for evidence and notices promptly so a deadline never decides your future.

  4. Interview or hearing

We prepare you for the interview or represent you in immigration court, and we do not disappear once the case is filed.

Every matter begins the same way: an hour, a partner, and a plan.

No obligation, held in confidence. You leave knowing what you need, what it costs, and what happens next.

Questions on immigration

Is the consultation really free — and confidential?

Yes on both counts. Your first meeting with a partner costs nothing and is protected by attorney–client privilege whether or not you retain the firm. You leave with an honest assessment of your case, not a sales pitch.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Whatever you have — contracts, police reports, medical records, court papers, correspondence. Bring nothing at all if the matter is urgent. A one-page summary of dates and names helps, but the partner will draw out what matters.

Do you take cases outside the immediate area?

Yes. The firm represents clients across the region in the relevant county and surrounding counties. Evening and video consultations are available if a visit is out of your way.
