Our Story

Independent, partner-owned

O’KEEFFECPA & Associates has been independent and partner-owned of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory work from the fourth floor of Petersburg, a short walk from the Henrico County. The firm has built its reputation on volume and diligence season after season, but the number every engagement is actually built around is smaller: the fixed fee, quoted in writing, before any work begins.

We stayed independent on purpose. Every client is assigned a named partner who keeps standing office hours all year — not just from January to April — and every return, close, and report is prepared and reviewed by a licensed CPA or enrolled agent, never a seasonal hire learning the profession on your books.
