Welcome
When retirement feels close in Scottsdale, we start with an initial consultation, then build a family-first plan around retirement, investments, and financial planning.
The practice
Real quality is not loud. It is a plan, kept.
Stine was founded on a narrow conviction: a family with something meaningful to protect is owed the same discipline an institution demands — a plan in writing, costs in the open, and a senior advisor who knows the names of your children and the terms of your trusts.
We take fewer clients and go deeper. No product shelf, no quarterly sales targets, no junior hand-offs. The people in the room on day one are the people who answer the phone in year twenty.

Consultation
An unhurried conversation with our senior team, entirely private. No obligation, and nothing to bring but your questions.

“You will never be handed to a junior team. The people in the first meeting are the people in the twentieth.”
— Julian Ashworth, Managing PartnerWhat we do
Every engagement begins with the written plan; these are the rooms of the same house. Each is delivered by named senior professionals — never a call center, never a product shelf.

Retirement planning in Scottsdale starts with whether the nest egg will last, then a tailored, family-first plan you can actually follow. We teach as we go so income timing and withdrawals make sense before you leave work.

Investment management in Scottsdale is about options that fit the household, a tailored strategy rather than a product push. The portfolio is built to sit inside the rest of your plan, not apart from it.

Comprehensive financial planning in Scottsdale begins with an initial consultation, then a plan built around your household rather than a one-size-fits-all list. Retirement, investments, tax, estate, and insurance are considered together when they belong.

Estate planning and wealth transfer in Scottsdale is about family well-being and generational planning, done thoroughly. We coordinate the money side so documents, accounts, and beneficiaries are not sitting in different drawers.

Tax planning in Scottsdale is coordinated with the rest of the household plan, not a once-a-year scramble. We look at tax-advantaged accounts and taxable accounts together so contributions and withdrawals are not working against each other.

Insurance planning in Scottsdale sits inside a family-first plan: coverage that protects the household, not a stack of policies for their own sake. We help you see what you already have and what still belongs.

Life transition planning in Scottsdale is for the moment the old investment mix feels out of date, a move, a sale, a loss, a new role. We keep the plan tailored and easy to work with while you decide the next step.

401(k) and IRA planning in Scottsdale focuses on tax-advantaged accounts and how they feed retirement income. We walk through contribution, rollover, and withdrawal choices in plain language.

Lifestyle and money planning in Scottsdale is the get-organized work: cash flow, family well-being, and enough education to run the household calendar with less fog. We start from how you actually live, then match the money to it.

A financial planning consultation in Scottsdale is the starting point, onsite at 6991 East Camelback Road, Suite D 300, women-owned, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance. We review your goals and whether we are a good match; there is no hard close.

Financial planning in Scottsdale puts accounts, insurance, and estate papers into one plan you can follow. If you could benefit from a financial professional, we invite you to see whether the fit is right.

What to expect
No pressure at any step — each stage ends with something in writing and a decision that is entirely yours.
Ninety minutes with two senior advisors — no charge, no deck, nothing to sign. We listen to what the money is for before anyone mentions a portfolio.
Within three weeks you receive your plan: balance sheet, investment policy, tax and estate observations, and our fee — one figure, in writing. It is yours to keep either way.
Accounts move on a schedule designed around taxes and timing, never all at once. You approve each step; nothing is sold before its consequences are shown.
Standing reviews each spring and fall, a call before any material change, and a team that already knows the answer when your attorney or CPA asks.

Fees & engagement
We are paid one transparent advisory fee by you — and nothing by anyone else. No commissions, no revenue sharing, no products of our own. If a recommendation ever earns us a second dollar, it is not a recommendation we may make.
Advisory fees are billed quarterly in arrears and disclosed to the dollar on every statement. A consultation carries no obligation — the written plan is yours to keep, whoever you choose to manage it.

It means we are paid one transparent advisory fee by you, and nothing by anyone else — no commissions, no revenue sharing, no proprietary products. We are legally and contractually obliged to put your interests first, and that obligation appears in writing in your agreement.
Most client families bring $1 million or more in investable assets, because our service model is senior-advisor time, and that time is capped per advisor. For situations below that — often the next generation of current clients — we offer a standalone written plan from .
Ninety minutes, two senior advisors, no charge and no obligation. We ask about your family, your balance sheet, and what the money is for. If we can help, we say how and exactly what it costs. If we can’t, we say that too, and suggest who can.
Deliberately. We map every holding for embedded gains before anything moves, transfer in kind wherever possible, and stage sales across tax years when the math favors it. You approve each step; nothing is liquidated for our convenience.
The senior team you meet in the first conversation. Every household is served by two named senior advisors, and reviews are attended by both. We cap relationships per advisor precisely so this never quietly degrades.
Yes — by design. Estate documents, tax returns, and business agreements all touch the plan, so we coordinate directly with your counsel and accountant (or introduce you to several, if you need one). You should hear one plan, not three professionals.
At an independent third-party custodian, titled in your name. Stine Wealth Management never takes custody of client assets; we direct investments under a written policy you sign, and you can see every position and every fee on the custodian’s own statement.
Most client families are spread across the surrounding region, and we meet many of them at their homes or by video. Distance has never been the constraint; fit is.
A private conversation with our senior team. Bring your questions — leave with a plain answer on whether we can help, and exactly what it would cost.
