Corporate Engagement Systems

Corporate engagement systems in Minneapolis for higher education partnership pipelines that still live in inboxes. We put the relationships and workflows on Salesforce so campus teams can see them.

Most companies don't have a data problem; they have forty spreadsheets and no scoreboard. We build one dashboard per team — five numbers each, refreshed on a schedule your team can trust — using the systems you already run, not a new platform you'll have to maintain alone. The measure of success is simple: does anyone actually open it Monday morning.

§ 02 — What's includedATL/54

What's included

  • KPI definition workshops with each team — five numbers, one owner, no vanity metrics
  • Dashboards built on your existing ERP, CRM, or spreadsheet exports
  • Automated nightly or weekly refresh, no manual re-pulls
  • Data-quality cleanup at the source, not just a patch on the dashboard
  • A single source of truth every leadership meeting references
  • Documentation and training so your team maintains it, not us

How the engagement goes

  1. Working session

A partner reviews what you're tracking today — usually scattered across spreadsheets — and identifies the first scoreboard worth building.

  2. KPI diagnostic

Three weeks defining the five numbers that matter per team and tracing them back to clean, reliable source data.

  3. Build the scoreboard

Dashboards built directly on your existing systems, refreshed automatically, reviewed with each team before go-live.

  4. Handover & cadence

Documentation and training so your team owns the system, plus a lightweight review rhythm to keep the numbers honest.

Questions about corporate engagement systems

What happens to our confidential data?

A mutual NDA is signed before any document moves. Your data stays in your systems wherever possible; anything we hold is encrypted, access-logged, and deleted or returned at handover. We never reference a client by name without written permission.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both, weighted to the work. Diagnostics are heavily on-site — you can’t map a process from a video call — while analytics builds and reporting cadences run well remotely. In-person work is included within the Minneapolis metro at no travel charge.

How do we know the work actually paid off?

We define the KPIs that will prove the engagement — with you, in week one — and report against them every two weeks in a scoreboard your team can open anytime. If the needle isn’t moving by mid-engagement, we re-plan at our cost, not yours.

Bring us the problem you can’t name yet.

A free 45-minute working session with a partner. Worst case, you leave with a sharper read on your own business.
