Our Story

Independent, on Louisville Road

Pearl has cared for west Boulder’s dogs and cats from the same Louisville Road clinic in the same neighborhood, and 4.9★ appointments completed along the way. We’re not a chain: the same small team has kept charts on some of those pets from eight weeks to eighteen years, often exactly what catches a problem early.

We stayed independent on purpose. Every doctor and technician holds Fear Free certification, exam rooms are booked long enough that nobody is rushed or pinned, and any care beyond the exam comes with a written estimate you approve first — never a surprise line item at checkout.
